DELIVERY
We currently offer a first and second class delivery service for our items.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (This doesn't include weekends and bank holidays)
All deliveries are via Royal Mail and will take 3-5 business days
Delivery charges are as follows:
UK -for Greetings cards only £2 all other products £3.95 - Second class delivery (3-5 business days)
for Greetings cards only £3.95 all other products £5.95- First class delivery( 1-2 business days)
NO DELIVERY CHARGE for collection from EX22 6NH (10A staddon Road,Holsworthy, Devon)
Europe - £11.50
USA - £20.00
Rest of the World - £18.50

FLOWERS
Our preserved, real flowers are set in a fragile vase, therefore we are sending all our arrangements
by a 24 hour Royal mail tracked, special delivery service that takes extra care (£9.95).
Please allow 2 working days to process the order but if you would like them delivered on a specific date please state at the order checkout or email us after, (please note delivery on Saturday is £12).
No postage abroad UK ONLY
RETURNS
We hope you love our products as much as we do however if you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you can return them to us for an exchange or full refund.
We ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods and that you return them to us within 14 days.
The returned products must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be securely packaged.
We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
