DELIVERY
We currently offer a first and second class delivery service for our items.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (This doesn't include weekends and bank holidays)
All deliveries are via Royal Mail and will take 3-5 business days
Delivery charges are as follows:
UK -for Greetings cards only £2 all other products £3.95 - Second class delivery (3-5 business days)
for Greetings cards only £3.95 all other products £5.95- First class delivery( 1-2 business days)
NO DELIVERY CHARGE for collection from BA1 2SX (53 St. James's Park, Bath)
Europe - £11.50
USA - £20.00
Rest of the World - £18.50

If you need urgent delivery, please contact us and we will endeavour to arrange this for you.
RETURNS
We hope you love our products as much as we do however if you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you can return them to us for an exchange or full refund.
We ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods and that you return them to us within 14 days.
The returned products must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be securely packaged.
We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
